An unprecedented citizen mobilization in the face of the Haitian crisis To respond to the multidimensional crisis plunging Haiti into an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, about fifteen Haitian universities, public and private, joined by about twenty civil society organizations, from both the country and the diaspora, initiated a vast process of sovereign citizen reflection and consultation.
It is in this context of urgency that the PATRIOTIC CONGRESS FOR NATIONAL SALVATION was born, following the Declaration of March 27, 2025, calling for a patriotic awakening and the opening of an inclusive national dialogue. The objective was to bring together the different components of Haitian society, whether political, social, economic or regional, within a space for collective work, mutual listening and structured dialogue, intended to build sufficient consensus around crisis exit solutions, to halt the country's collapse.
Rebuild Haiti on solid foundations of justice, security and good governance, to build a sovereign, inclusive and sustainable state, serving its people.
Promote a legitimate and orderly ultimate transition through national dialogue, citizen participation and the implementation of a roadmap based on 14 major political, economic and social reconstruction projects.

• Unity: Bring together Haitians from all backgrounds around a common vision.
• Integrity: Defend transparency, justice and public accountability.
• Solidarity: Place cooperation and fraternity at the heart of change.
• Citizen engagement: Encourage everyone's active participation in national rebuilding.
